Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web/Fullstack Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, conducting webinars and bootcamps, and creating project-based learning experiences for our learners. The Trainer will also play a key role in designing curriculum, preparing roadmaps, and providing mentorship to students, ensuring they gain practical and relevant skills. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of aspiring developers while also generating potential leads for the company through engaging learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive and structured curriculum, training modules, and roadmaps for web development and fullstack development courses.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and bootcamps, focusing on practical, project-based learning to enhance learner engagement.
• Design and prepare real-world projects and assignments that align with industry standards and cater to different skill levels.
• Create high-quality teaching content, including video tutorials, documentation, and coding exercises.
• Conduct interactive and informative webinars and bootcamps to attract potential learners and generate leads for our training programs.
• Provide mentorship and support to students throughout the course duration, addressing their queries and assisting in their project development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web and fullstack development.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to promote training programs and courses.
• Evaluate the performance and learning outcomes of students, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web/Fullstack Developer with hands-on knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , , , MongoDB, and SQL.
• Strong command of front-end and back-end development processes, frameworks, and tools.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, roadmap creation, and learning content preparation.
• Ability to host and conduct webinars and workshops to engage a large audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students in developing projects and solutions.
• Passionate about education, learning, and empowering students to succeed.
• Personal laptop required for delivering training sessions and managing content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in conducting webinars, workshops, or bootcamps.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git and deployment platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in web development or relevant technologies are a plus.
