Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing for enterprise web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium (Java) and knowledge of CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to understand system requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.

Design and document test cases and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools, and perform retesting to validate fixes.

Participate in regular test planning, progress reviews, and reporting.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and QA processes.

Strong experience in Selenium (Java) for test automation.

Proficient in writing and executing test scenarios and cases from business/system requirements.

Strong knowledge of different types and levels of testing (System, Regression, UAT, etc.).

Experience with web-based applications and understanding of web technologies.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA etc).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to SAFe methodologies

Knowledge in CRM tools like D365, Salesforce etc would be an added advantage
