We are looking for a Senior Designer who shares our ambition to elevate the company's design language and redefine how Ayurveda is perceived and experienced internationally.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Designer at KAL, you will be the driving force behind our creative identity, transforming ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience. You will have the freedom to experiment with new tools, techniques, and technologies while ensuring quick turnarounds and delivering excellence. This role demands a balance of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and a hunger for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design of product packaging, performance campaigns, social media content, website visuals, and print materials.

Leverage AI tools to generate creative visuals and push the boundaries of design innovation.

Experiment with cutting-edge technologies, new formats, and design trends to keep KAL ahead of the curve.

Deliver quick turnarounds for high-impact campaigns while maintaining exceptional quality.

Create advanced image renders, integrate video elements, and produce polished, dynamic visuals.

Work closely with marketing, content, and medical teams to bring brand stories to life.

What We're Looking For:

·      Experience : 5+ years in graphic design, preferably with FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

·      Ambition : A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to elevate the brand's creative identity to the next level.

·      Technical Mastery :

o  Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva)

o  Expertise with image and video generation using AI tools.

·      Creativity & Agility : Ability to translate concepts into innovative designs while managing tight deadlines.
