Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services.

Department: Psychology Team Position: Assistant Psychologist(Industrial/Organizational) Base Location: Pune Probation Period: 6 Months Educational Qualification: Masters in I/O Psychology Role Overview ● Core Work Areas: 1. Research and Development 2. Psychometrics 3. Psychological Research 4. Client Interaction Requirements: ● Education: Master’s in Psychology (Industrial-Organizational) (Above 70%) ● Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable) ● Experience: Fresher ● Knowledge of Psychological Concepts ● Knowledge of Psychometrics ● Knowledge of Psychological Research ● Knowledge of Industry Trends (Preferable) ● Knowledge of Statistical Analysis Procedures ● Software knowledge: MS Office, SPSS ● Understanding of Market Trends (Preferable) ● English Language Proficiency Functional/Behavioural Competencies: ● Interpersonal Skills ● Analytical Skills ● Positive Work Attitude ● Honesty and Sincerity ● Openness to Learn New Things ● IT and Basic Professional Literacy ● English Speaking and Writing Proficiency Key Responsibilities: ● Client Communication : Responsible for Client Communication, Requirement

Gathering and Account Management for clients. ● Conducting Need Analysis: Responsible for being the Subject Matter Expert for customizing the Assessment Frameworks based on the client requirements. ● Content Development: Researching and Developing the content for Training and

Development Programs for Internal and External purposes. ● Psychometric Research: Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new

Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement. ● Item Writing: Writing items for the development of constructs and tools as per the

requirements. ● Data Collection and Analysis: Obtaining data from different sources and conducting data analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools.

● Market Research: Conducting Market Research for staying updated and understanding the
