To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Finance Controlling Specialist within the Finance team This position will be located in Mumbai

Our Team

The ambition of the financial function is to be a contributor to growth and development by, efficiently, reliably and cost effectively:
• managing financial assets and financial performance,
• being solutions providers regarding financial matters,
• ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards

The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value
Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

Responsible for variance analysis of Variable & Fixed costs Managing Bill of Materials, product costing Preparation of yearly budget, monthly forecasting etc.  Assisting in preparing and improving all reporting within defined time limit – including MBR Management brochure, having understanding of key variance in direct & indirect costs Liaising with each Unit Finance teams for CMA activities during closing period (monthly and yearly Working Closely with units and Manufacturing Controller for costing of products, stock follow-up Assist in preparing company budget and forecast Working on various Management reporting tools Preparation of SKU wise profitability Drive and validate various cost saving projects Daily Sales analysis & its reporting Monthly KPI & MIS reporting as per calendar deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills  Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously  Strong communication and presentation skills Experience of working on ERP

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (CA, ICWA preferred)  5 to 7 years’ experience in a financial management position
