Servicenow Testing

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementations as a Functional Test Lead.
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Test Engineer, etc., are preferred.
Proven track record of setting up ServiceNow projects, including business gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Practical proficiency in all types of testing including Business, Regression, Functional and more.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, ITBM, and more.
Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules such as Incident, Change, Problem Management, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with various testing methodologies and tools, such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
Excellent team management skills with outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and design innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Provide expert advice on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and limitations to aid decision-making.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements, are effectively implemented, and achieve thorough test coverage for timely issue resolution.
Lead ServiceNow Platform design, considering integration and performance, and offer guidance on prototyping for faster design-to-deployment.
Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
Lead and manage testing for ServiceNow implementations, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements, while also mentoring and guiding team members in testing best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Execute various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, unit, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, track them to resolution, and conduct regression testing, as necessary.
Proficient in-Service Catalog, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Server-side scripting, and ACLs.
Establish testing metrics, KPIs, and QA processes for improved effectiveness.
Conduct regular test status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with the ServiceNow development team to understand the technical aspects of the solutions being developed.
Participate in the ServiceNow release management process, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal disruption to services.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
