Role: Record to Report ManagerLocation: HyderabadQualification:- CA or other accounting graduate/postgraduate with minimum 12 years of Record to report experience.- Candidate should have good knowledge of accounting concepts.- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical skills to interpret the data and engagement requirements.- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)- Experience with automated accounting systems (i.e. Intacct, NetSuite, Blackline, Bill.com, Tally)- Blackline experience is preferredResponsibilities:- Key point of contact for our clients Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Month End Close cycles- Lead, manage and coach client services representatives and associates- Review monthly journal entries prepared by support staff for prepaid expenses, fixed asset, accrued expenses, payroll, and / or inventory transactions, as applicable, in an accurate and timely manner- Understands the purpose of reconciliations.
