• Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience waste management/utilities/transportation organizations. • At least 8-10 Years of Experience in the implementation of Oracle applications. • Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migration, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports. • Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud. • Strong Experience and Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM applications such as Inventory Management cloud, Maintenance cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud. • Must demonstrate a deep understanding of Source-to-settle and Order-to-cash business processes. • Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application setups. • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. • Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT, etc.) • Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them. • Excellent communication skills adapt to business interaction and understanding business applications. • Additional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications such as Fusion Financials, Projects (PPM) processes a plus.
