Role Description


PetZerve is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that our platform consistently delivers an outstanding and personalized experience for pet parents across India. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dynamic team of IIT and IIM alumni.


Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with PetZerve’s mission, ensuring a customer-focused approach to pet care solutions.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a product roadmap that incorporates user feedback, market trends, and strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to launch and enhance features.
  • Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to identify trends, assess product performance, and make informed product decisions.
  • User Research: Conduct market research and gather user insights to understand the evolving needs of pet parents.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, making improvements where necessary.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a successful track record of launching and managing products.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in creating user stories and product requirements.
