Job Title: Salesforce Automation QA Experience: 4–5 YearsWork Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Business Hours)Location : Remote (Work From Home)Employment Type : Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in writing automation scripts, working knowledge of Salesforce administration (profiles, users, sharing rules, etc.), and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain automation scripts for Salesforce applications.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and integrations.Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes through automation and manual testing.Contribute to test planning, automation framework enhancement, and QA process improvements.Leverage Salesforce admin knowledge (profiles, roles, users, sharing rules, object permissions) in validating test scenarios.Required Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation with Salesforce applications.Strong skills in automation scripting using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or similar.Good knowledge of basic Salesforce Admin tasks (profiles, users, sharing settings, security model).Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Availability to work in 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST shift.
