Job Title : Java Developer / Sr Java Developer / Java Tech Lead ( Angular OR React is MUST) Job Location: Pune & Bangalore ( AWS is must) Experience : 5 - 12 Years ONLY Role Purpose Build, test, and maintain scalable software solutions while leading a team of developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery Key Responsibilities Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with QA and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability. Lead a team in implementing Java/J2EE applications. Translate technical requirements into detailed design specifications. Mentor junior developers and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Primary Skills Proficiency in Java 8+, J2EE (JSPs, EJBs), Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA. Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO). Experience with REST and SOAP web services. Solid database knowledge: MariaDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Frontend technologies: HTML, XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Angular 18/20. Backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. Reporting tools: Eclipse BIRT Report 4.15 (open source). Application servers: JBoss 8.0.7.0 (JDK 17), WebSphere, WebLogic. Web servers: Tomcat. Scripting: Linux Shell Scripts. Messaging systems: IBM MQ 9.5, Kafka, RabbitMQ. Development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, Putty, WinSCP, Git, Jenkins, Postman, SoapUI, Maven, Gradle. Monitoring tools: ELK Stack, Splunk. Experience in mentoring and team leadership. Familiarity with Agile best practices. Hands-on experience in DevOps and Release Management. Support for batch job operations. Experience in Microservices architecture. Secondary Skills Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud. Experience with Angular version upgrades. Exposure to WebSphere. Domain expertise in Banking.
