Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

You will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365/Model-Driven Apps (MDA), Power Automate, and other Power Platform components to automate business processes, improve user experience, and drive business value.

Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design and develop complex business applications using Model-Driven Apps (MDA) with a strong understanding of the architecture and security model.

- Utilize Power Automate flows, actions, and out-of-the-box connectors to automate workflows, business rules, and business process flows.

- Build user-friendly forms with specialized components, access teams, and sub-grids, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Implement advanced customizations using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, and PCF custom controls with TypeScript.

Integration and Automation :

- Develop complex Power Automate flows for data manipulation, integration with external systems, and process automation.

- Utilize APIs and connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications.

Deployment and Management:

- Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) best practices for Model-Driven Apps development and solution management.

- Implement security measures and access controls within Power Platform solutions.

- Perform testing and ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Additional Skills :

- Experience working with Dynamics 365/Model-Driven Apps (CRM/365) is required.

- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming is essential.

- Experience designing and implementing navigation for Power Apps solutions.

- Experience with mobile client customization for Power Apps applications.

- Experience with Power Apps portals or the Portal Connector is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Strong understanding of the capabilities of Power Platform components like workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Automate flows, actions, and out-of-the-box tools.

- Deep understanding of the architecture and security model of Model-Driven Apps.

- Experience developing complex flows using Power Automate.

- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) for Model-Driven Apps and solution management experience.

- Ability to perform advanced customization using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, PCF custom controls, and TypeScript.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps (MDA) and Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365/Model-Driven Apps (CRM/365) functionalities.

- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming.

- Experience with advanced customization techniques in Power Platform.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and business teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform advancements.
