1. Data Engineer – Senior Associate (5–7 Years)
Mandatory Skills:
Expertise in
SQL, Python, and ETL pipelines
Strong knowledge of
Data Governance frameworks (DCAM or similar)
Experience implementing
Data Quality rules & Data Controls
Hands-on with
Metadata management & Data Lineage solutions
Experience deploying
data archiving & lifecycle management activities
Proficiency in
Data Governance tools
(Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ab Initio)
2. Data Engineer – Manager (7–10 Years)
Mandatory Skills:
Advanced expertise in
SQL, Python, ETL, and Data Management
Strong background in
Data Quality, Data Controls, and Governance strategy
Proven experience leading
Data Governance projects
(requirements gathering → design → testing → production roll-out)
Ability to define
operating model, policies, standards, and roadmaps
for governance
Strong
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
skills
Expertise with
enterprise DG tools
(Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ab Initio)
Knowledge of
Data Architecture & Metadata management frameworks
