Middleware Developer (Lead) with skills Middleware Development, Middleware Development, TIBCO for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune) Posted on: September 24, Share on Linkedin Share on Twitter Share on Facebook ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a TIBCO Developer Lead to manage the maintenance, optimization, and operational support of enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on TIBCO Business Events (BE) . The role requires hands-on expertise in event-driven systems, JMS-based integration , and enterprise notification workflows. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with the ability to lead a small team and ensure stability, performance, and seamless integration of critical business applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day support and enhancement of Tibco BE workflows, ensuring reliable event processing and notification orchestration . Monitor and optimize event matching, recipient logic, and payload creation to maintain consistency and accuracy in notifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex BE module issues — logs, matcher performance, memory/JVM, and rule correctness. Manage integration with upstream and downstream systems including JMS, Cassandra/DataStax, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of Tibco BE components in production environments. Implement and maintain observability: metrics, dashboards, alerting and APM for BE and messaging layers. Work with cross-functional teams (AEM, Spring Boot, Product Owners) to deliver consistent multi-channel, multi-language notifications. Own CI/CD and automated deployment processes for TIBCO artifacts ; maintain version control and release promotion practices. Should be hands-on and has ability to code, configure, unit testing, high level functional testing for features development or enhancement Should be comfortable with TIBCO Business Event Module issue analysis and troubleshooting Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to junior Tibco developers. Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for operational reliability. Required Skills & Experience 9–12 years in enterprise integration / event-driven systems; =5 years hands-on with TIBCO BusinessEvents . Strong JMS knowledge and hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS brokers (configuration, DLQs, XA/persistent messaging). Proven experience in BE event modeling, rule/matcher optimization and CEP concepts. Production support experience in operationally critical environments — incident management, RCA and on-call. Experience integrating with distributed datastores (Cassandra/DataStax) and with AEM via APIs. It is preferred, but not must have - Linux production deployments experience; comfortable with shell scripting and basic automation. Experience with monitoring/observability tools (APM/metrics/logging) and with performance tuning (JVM, matcher, memory). ?Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership and mentoring skills.
