is seeking an experienced

Primary Ping Identity Operational Support Engineer

with a strong background in PingFederate, PingOne, PingDirectory, and IDM (Identity Management) who will be responsible for assisting internal teams with technical issues related to Ping Identity's products and services. Ping Identity specializes in identity and access management (IAM) solutions, so the support engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the security and usability of customer's digital identities.

Key Responsibilities:Install software updates, patches, and hotfixes to ensure their Ping Identity solutions are up-to-date and secureTroubleshoot issues related to authentication, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other identity and access management componentsEscalate complex issues to higher-level support with the Vendor when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely resolutionAnalyze and diagnose technical issues reported by customers. This involves identifying the root cause of problems and working to develop solutions or workaroundsDevelop a deep understanding of Ping Identity's products and services, including their features, capabilities, and configurationsAssist DEV teams with product configuration, integration, and deployment, ensuring that Ping Identity solutions are properly implementedConduct training sessions with internal teams to educate them on best practices, new features, and updates related to Ping Identity productsSkills, Experience and Requirements

Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExtensive experience with Ping Identity solutions, including PingFederate, PingOne, and PingDirectorySkills:Strong knowledge of REST interface design and management, with hands-on experience in API testing using POSTMAN and SWAGGERProven track record in application production support for critical software applicationsExpertise in JVM, AWS EKS cluster management, and the AWS platformProficiency in scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Python, Java, or others for automationFamiliarity with LDAP and SCIM interfacesCompetency in Unix and SQL for operational tasksDeep understanding of microservice architecture and reliability engineering principlesKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practicesExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
