We are looking for a motivated WIX developer to join our agile team of professionals. Please read the details before you apply for this position.

  • This is a Full-time permanent position.
  • You should have a good command of English for this position.
  • You are required to work five days from 12 PM until 9 PM in Indian Time.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Designing and developing websites in the WIX Platform.

· Assist with advanced coding and complex custom module development using WIX.

· Technical knowhow WIX - advanced web application development environment

· Work on backend modules using Node JS.

· Experience in using Repeaters, Dynamic Dataset, creating dynamic pages using database collection, External database integration

· Enabling responsive customization dynamics

· Integration of WIX stores, WIX bookings, WIX events, Pricing plans, and Third-party App integration from the WIX marketplace.

Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.

  • Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
  • Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript are valid and consistent across applications.
  • Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
  • Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
  • Lead the entire web application development life cycle from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules, along with technical and process issues.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  • Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serve as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
  • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Skill(s)- WIX (PHP/Open Source)
  • Previous working experience as a WIX Developer & PHP Developer for at least two years
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
  • Hands-on Experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
  • Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
  • MySQL profiling and query optimization
  • Creative and efficient problem solver
