Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Integration Practice Head at DataSkate in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to information technology management, operations, strategy, and infrastructure for seamless data integration solutions.
Role : Practice Head—Integration,Location: Hyderabad,Experience : 15 (4+ Years Relevant)Responsibilities:Oversee the Entire Integration PracticeLead the integration practice across multiple platforms, including MuleSoft, Boomi, Confluent Kafka, and Java. Ensure the alignment of integration strategies with organizational objectives and client needs, providing leadership to enhance the integration framework.Manage and Develop Cross-Functional TeamsDirect and support multiple teams within the integration domain, including the Center of Excellence (CoE), Delivery, and Training functions. Drive team performance, cultivate innovation, and ensure cohesive operations across these units, focusing on quality and talent development.Drive Business Growth through Relationship BuildingActively contribute to sales by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships within the industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting business development efforts.Key Skills and Qualifications:Experience and Proven Track Record in Building PracticesDemonstrated success in establishing, scaling, and managing integration practices. Expertise in setting integration standards, scaling solutions, and optimizing processes to meet business needs.Proficiency with Leading Integration PlatformsHands-on experience with key integration platforms, including MuleSoft, Boomi, Java, and similar technologies, ensuring effective oversight of technical challenges, platform performance, and enhancements.Experience Managing CoE, Delivery, and Training TeamsProven background in leading a Center of Excellence (CoE), managing delivery teams, and overseeing training programs for fresh talent, with an emphasis on building a high-performing team and strong talent pipeline.Strong Network within the MuleSoft CommunityEstablished relationships within the MuleSoft community, including MuleSoft Ambassadors, Account Executives (AEs), Solution Engineers (SEs), and other key stakeholders. This network aids in leveraging community insights and enhancing business connections within the industry.
