We are a rapidly growing and multi-million revenue company managing multiple jewelry brands on Amazon, with a focus on growing our existing accounts. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team and lead the management of certain parts of our Amazon and Walmart portfolio.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with a proven track record in managing Amazon 3P (Third-Party) marketplaces and Walmart. This individual will oversee our Amazon and Walmart accounts in collaboration with our team of virtual assistants, while taking ownership of key decisions and strategies for account growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to independently manage and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Walmart accounts across various channels.
- Lead a team of virtual assistants to ensure smooth management of accounts.
- Maintain product listing hygiene across the entire product catalog and be nimble in resolving issues. Monitor the listing scores, coordinate with agency to provide required information for improving backend of listings.
- Work closely with the advertising agency to ensure healthy TACoS by providing business insights and audit advertising performance periodically.
- Oversee and manage optimization of product listings, SEO & content optimization, and reviews to ensure high performance.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Lead Walmart PPC Advertising by managing campaigns from end to end from creating to running them.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot issues on the listings and coordinate with team to fix it.
- Develop & maintain a system to complete thorough listing audits across the catalog to check for broken variations, -ve reviews, poor images, missing attributes, leaf nodes etc.
- Create weekly/monthly sales reports, new products dashboards and daily program sales monitoring reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for getting costs and product specifications and add the data to our portal.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Amazon 3P marketplace and Walmart management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Amazon and Walmart Seller Central, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems confidently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and virtual assistants.
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with managing a catalog size of over 2500 SKUs
Knowledge of Advance Excel (pivots etc.) and MS office
