With our expansion to India, we are accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant to support our centralized team out of the Bengaluru office.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Working in Sharepoint/Templafy
  • Creating Engagement letters
  • Supporting the centralized admin team
  • Working with engagement teams thru completion
  • Supporting the Centralized Admin Team (CA)
  • Preparing letters, administrative functions when needed
  • Working with CPRT Team (January - March)
  • Processing 1099’s
  • Working with centralized tax team (CTP) when time allows


Successful candidates for this position should possess the following attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three (2- 3) years of administrative experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Desire and ability to work in a team environment
