Senior QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)

Job Title: QA Engineer (Quality Assurance) Experience: 2-4 years.

Job Description:

- As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the product.

- You will work closely with the development team to understand customer requirements, finetune and measure their performance.

- Your role will involve thorough testing, validation, and verification of the product, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.

- The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in QA, possess strong Python & SQL skills, Should have knowledge of Node.JS and Angular for web application testing and have previous experience as a QA Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of test plans.

- Utilize hands-on experience in Python and SQL to design and execute test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage

- Demonstrate proficiency in Node.JS and Angular for effective testing of web applications.

- Investigate and report software defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team.

- Design, implement, and execute automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, adapting to dynamic project requirements.

- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address potential issues proactively.

- Work in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and a proactive attitude.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and incorporate them into testing processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in QA roles.

- Proficient in Python and SQL for manual testing and test automation.

- Knowledge of Node.JS and Angular for web application testing.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Must be a Quick learner, Good in analysis, Good in documentation and test spec preparation, ability to think negative scenarios and corner cases along with positive scenarios while doing QA/Validation.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
