Content Writer InternAbout the Role:We're looking for a creative and research-driven content writer intern to support our You Tube channel and social media strategy. This role is focused on crafting high-retention long-form video scripts, catchy titles, descriptions, thumbnail copy, and short-form video scripts (Shorts & Reels).Key Responsibilities:1. You Tube Long-form Content (Primary Priority)Write engaging long-form You Tube scripts (5–10 mins) focused on the education industry, education loans, scholarships, and student finance topics.Research trending topics and audience pain points to create high-retention content flow (hook → problem → solution → call to action).Repurpose high-performing sections of existing videos into scripts for Shorts.2. Titles, Descriptions & ThumbnailsCraft clickable, SEO-friendly titles (60–65 characters).Write video descriptions with relevant keywords, hashtags, and value-driven summaries.Thumbnail text brainstorming (short, curiosity-driven text for maximum CTR).3. Shorts & ReelsScript 30–60 second short-form videos optimized for You Tube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and.Identify hook-worthy segments from long videos for repurposing.4. Additional Relevant WorkWrite community post content for You Tube (polls, FAQs, teaser copy).Assist with researching competitors and trending formats.Skills Required:Excellent writing and storytelling skills (Hindi, English, Hinglish).Knowledge of SEO keywords, clickbait-style titling, and audience psychology.Understanding of You Tube content strategy (hooks, retention points).Familiarity with trending short-form formats (Reels, Shorts).Basic research skills for education/finance-related topics.
