Job Description

The Manager has a breadth of knowledge in operational aspects of Success Factors and reviews client deliverables prepared by junior staff. The Manager is responsible for monitoring the configurations and implementations of ERP including SAP - FICO. This includes the support in both business projects through design and implementation of FICO business solutions in SAP and in ongoing business operations. The Manager is an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordinglyProtect the Intellectual PropertyAdhere to all the policies and proceduresWork with other line functions to collect or provide relevant dataUnderstand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc.Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data baseShould have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment managementAbility to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment managementAssist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customizationFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needsDesign, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modulesIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutionsAct as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problemsDocument functional designs, test cases and resultsProactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsAct as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teamProvide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredEvaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our clientWork closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementationFulfill a variety of operational tasks using appropriate proprietary applicationMonitor, coach and develop the team by sharing knowledge and providing training as necessaryEssential SkillsJobS/4 HANA FICO experience from Implementation / Upgrade / Migration / Conversion.Extension Ledgers.Document Splitting functionality.FCV Foreign Currency Valuation.APP and EBRS and payment automation process.New Asset Accounting.RICEFWs ABAP Integration exposure.Integration with MM & SD & PS.Month end process exposure FI & CO.Cost Center -Allocations.Product Costing – MTS/MTO/Sale Order Costing.Profit Center Accounting3-4 implementation projects experienceShould have worked on US or Europe projectsShould be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlinesMust be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skillsExperience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skillsExhibit reactiveness and constructiveness at work such as, suggesting innovative but pragmatic solutionsUtilize secondary research sources and techniquesPersonalShould have good communication skillsShould have understanding of business objectives and organization structureThe candidate must have strong work ethics andtrustworthinessThe candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrityMust be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellenceAbility to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approachPreferred SkillsJobThe candidate should have an expertise in problem solvingMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced)Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independentlyMust have proven track record of impacting results throughout careerThe candidate must be a highly versatile thinker who can assimilate knowledge and has understanding across different industries, products, technologies, disciplines etc.PersonalDemonstrate proactive thinkingNegotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changesShould have strong interpersonal relations and mentoring skillsHave the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
