Through programs that connect the community, teachers, students, and institutions, Ek Kadam Aur envisions an equitable and inclusive society.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Fundraising at Ek Kadam Aur and will be based in Bengaluru.The Director will be responsible for cultivating relationships with major donors, developing communication strategies, overseeing philanthropic initiatives, managing annual giving campaigns, and engaging in strategic planning. While the role is primarily located in Bengaluru, there is flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsMust have raised INR 5 Crores annually for a nonprofit organization over the past 3 or more years.Experience in Major Donor cultivation and PhilanthropyStrong Communication skillsKnowledge of Kannada language preferredExpertise in Annual Giving campaignsAbility in Strategic Planning for fundraising effortsExcellent relationship-building skillsKnowledge of non-profit fundraising best practicesExperience working in the education is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field (master degree preferred)
