  • Must have knowledge and experience of implementing OT/ICS Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISA - ISA99/IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST SP etc.)
  • Deep understanding of OT/ICS architecture, systems and network communication, as well as automation protocols such as Modbus, Profibus etc. and expertise in designing secure OT/ICS solutions is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an OT/ICS Security or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working at all levels within an organization and in a wide variety of situation
  • Collaborative skills, as you will be working with both internal colleagues and external vendors to guide and support securing new and existing solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a prerequisite
  • Certifications by an accredited body such as ISC2 (CISSP, ISSAP), GIAC (GICSP), ISA (ISA/IEC 62443 certification program) or similar and relevant trainings
