1. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and edit engaging video content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting schedules to maximize reach, impressions, and engagement.
  • Monitor performance analytics, evaluate trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all visual content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and creative formats to generate new ideas.

2. Software & Tools Used

  • Adobe Premiere Pro Video editing, trimming, color correction.
  • Adobe After Effects Motion graphics, animation, and VFX.
  • Adobe Photoshop Image editing, banners, and thumbnail design.
  • Canva Quick designs, templates, and social media creatives.
  • Buffer / Hootsuite / Meta Business Suite Scheduling, posting, and monitoring campaigns.

Google Drive / Dropbox Storage, file sharing, and collaboration

3. Day-to-Day Operations

  • Review content calendar and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • Edit raw footage into final deliverables by adding:
  • Transitions
  • Text overlays
  • Music/sound effects
  • Brand logos and elements
  • Optimize video formats and dimensions for each platform.
  • Design custom thumbnails and create short reels/clips for higher engagement.
  • Schedule and publish posts according to the calendar.
  • Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, CTR) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Share updates, seek approvals, and brainstorm new ideas with the marketing team.
