Role: IT Infrastructure Specialist : We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Engineer who can oversee the complete IT Infrastructure, Service Now, endpoints management projects, including resource and change management, vendor coordination, communications, training requirements, and budgets.

Location : The successful candidate shall be placed at our Client's location in Pune. It is a Full-time Job, "No" remote work. Engineers willing to work full-time as System Support Engineer may apply. Candidates who can join on "Contract to Hire" basis shall be preferred.

Experience : 3-5 years

Duration : 6 months contract

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the complete management of IT Infrastructure, ServiceNow, endpoints management projects, including resource and change management, vendor coordination, communications, training requirements, and budget (if applicable).
  • Estimate the necessary resources and participants to achieve project goals.
  • Review and recommend changes, reductions, or additions to the overall project.
  • Serve as the liaison between IT stakeholders, vendors, and end-users.
  • Ensure the efficiency of project coordination processes through effective team management for tasks such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors through frequent communication to answer questions and ensure the required delivery of services.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a 3-4 years of relevant work experience, including project and team management.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; ability to interface and influence all levels within the organization, including facilitation, consulting, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various technology platforms and business areas.
  • Strong technical skills and experience, ideally in coordinating projects related to end-user or client- impacting technical deliveries or migrations (e.g., operating system migration, new collaboration tool deployment, new software/hardware deployment, custom application deployment).
  • Experience in identifying and mediating risk.
  • Ability to interact with multiple vendors daily and manage various tasks.
