As a Full stack MERN Developer Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge

projects, from designing responsive user interfaces to architecting robust backend systems. You'll

play a pivotal role in shaping our technology ecosystem and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Frontend:

  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive and interactive frontend components using React.js.
  • state Management: Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux) for frontend data.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless user experiences across different browsers and devices.


Backend:

  • Server-Side Logic: Develop server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
  • API Development: Create efficient RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
  • Database Mastery: Design and optimize database schemas (e.g., MySQL. MongoDB).
  • Authentication and Authorization: Implement secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve backend performance bottlenecks.


Full Stack Responsibilities:

  • Integration: Seamlessly connect frontend and backend components to create cohesive applications.
  • Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, databases, and frontend components.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and database design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Creativity and a user-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
