Lead business development activities to expand Company#s footprint in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector and other sectors including Geothermal, UCG etc.Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.Carry out Techno-commercial evaluation of the opportunities.Closely work with Technical, Commercial & Legal teams to drive the projects.Lead the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements and contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions that meet and align with company objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Education Requirement :

Bachelor#s degree (Engineering, Geosciences, or related field)MBA

Experience Requirement :

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development roles within E&P industryExperience leading/ dealing with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Strong network of industry contacts and relationships

Skills & Competencies :

Proven track record of success in business development roles within the Upstream Oil & Gas industryStrong understanding of upstream exploration, drilling, production, and reservoir management processes and technologiesStrong Financial Modelling skills along with excellent knowledge of Contracts & Commercial terms related to E&P Projects - Production Sharing Contract (PSC), Joint Operating Agreement (JoA) etc.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with Strategic thinkingDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and risk assessmentFamiliarity with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
