Job Title: Phlebotomist Trainer Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics About the Role We are seeking experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular hands-on and theoretical training sessions for phlebotomists in the assigned zone. Ensure trainees follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and industry best practices. Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support to phlebotomists to enhance performance and service quality. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements where necessary. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and trainee performance. Travel within the assigned zone to deliver on-site training as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related medical field. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff is highly desirable. Strong understanding of phlebotomy techniques, infection control, and patient handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic zone. Preferred Attributes Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology Experience working with diagnostic labs, hospitals, or training institutes Strong organizational and documentation skills
