Magppie is a 25 year old brand into premium modular kitchens brand and the largest luxury kitchen manufacturer in India. We are the innovators of the world’s first kitchen which is fully built in stone from inside out, a breakthrough in the industry. We call them “wellness kitchens” because they are completely termite free, bacteria free, virus free and fire resistant. They are designed for Indian needs, seeped in Indian ethos and behaviour.
Role Overview: You will oversee the entire video post-production process, ensuring the delivery of 6-10 high-quality short form videos each month. Success in this role involves managing editors and freelancers to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our brand’s vision. As a key member of the content team, the Creative Producer collaborates closely with writers, designers, and marketing team to ensure all video content meets the highest standards and effectively engages our audience.
Responsibilities
Post-Production Management: Oversee the entire video post-production process from reviewing raw footage to final edit, ensuring all videos meet the highest quality standards.
Manage a team of video editors, motion graphics designers, and freelancers to execute projects efficiently and creatively.
Maintain an organized workflow for post-production, including project timelines, asset management, and quality checks.
Content Delivery: Ensure a consistent production of high-quality reels or shorts per month.
Review and provide feedback on edits to ensure alignment with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
Troubleshoot any production challenges and implement solutions to maintain the quality and delivery schedule.
Source and manage external resources, including freelancers and agencies, as needed to support content production.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital video production, social media content, and audience engagement.
Experiment with new techniques and formats to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in video production workflow, with a focus on post-production.
Strong network of video freelancers to get the job done.
Proven track record of producing high-quality video content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
Strong understanding of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics (After Effects).
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Experience working with remote teams and freelancers is a plus.
