Required Skills and Experience:• Strong understanding of OBD regulations (India OBD, CARB OBD) and certification processes.• 5–8 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, compliance, or embedded systems (adjust as needed).• Hands-on experience with OBD software workflows, calibration identifiers (CALID/CVN), IUMPR reporting, and doorman processes.• Familiarity with tools/platforms used in OBD validation and certification.• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. QualifikationenEducational Qualifications:• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.• Additional certifications (if any): e.g., Automotive Diagnostics, Functional Safety. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):• Exposure to global OBD standards, emission regulations, and certification procedures.• Experience working with international teams (Germany, USA, China, India).• Familiarity with Daimler tools, systems, and processes.• Knowledge of EV/charging-system diagnostics is an added advantage.
