This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Graphic Designer to work on a wide range of visual and creative projects within a fast-growing, tech-driven organization. At EG, you’ll get the chance to work with experienced designers, product managers, developers, and marketers across countries, shaping the visual identity of digital products used by thousands every day. You’ll be joining EG’s UX Core team, a diverse and collaborative group of designers, developers, and creatives focused on creating engaging, intuitive, and accessible experiences.

Role and Responsibilities:

Creating visual assets like banners, social media creatives, digital ads, and infographics  Designing marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks  Supporting internal brand identity initiatives and maintaining visual consistency  Collaborating with UX designers and front-end teams to create design systems and UI visuals  Working within EG’s brand guidelines while contributing fresh design ideas  Participating in design reviews and brainstorming sessions 

Skills Required:

Have 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital environment  Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, In-design. Knowledge of AI Driven design tools is a bonus  Have a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work  Basic Knowledge of motion design or video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere is a bonus

In this role, you will define user experiences, shape the visual design of our software products, and lead the development and governance of scalable design systems.
You will also ensure accessibility compliance and help mentor fellow designers to elevate UX maturity across the organization.
