Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of React.js applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect innovative teaching and learning solutions.

- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies, architecture practices, and design patterns, and incorporate them into our development processes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to application performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5-8 years of software development experience with expertise in React.js.

- Proficiency in Object-oriented JavaScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS, and Rest API integration.

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of database optimization, application security, and information security standards.
