This role will be responsible for ensuring the secure and appropriate access to the HRconnect applications (Oracle, Salesforce, Perceptive, etc..) based on functional roles and responsibilities. Work closely with the business and technical teams to design, implement and maintain robust functional security measures for our applications. Providing essential support with updating security configuration, managing user provisioning or de-provisioning users, troubleshooting security issues, analyzing and solutioning security needs.

  • Delivers assignments & projects by applying subject matter expertise, meeting priorities/deadlines, ensuring compliance with policies, allocating resources, collaborating cross-functionally, resolving complex issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Promotes learning & self-development by sharing knowledge, building stakeholder relationships, influencing through technical expertise, adapting to changing demands, giving/receiving feedback, and supporting team collaboration.
  • Develops requirements for complex solutions by engaging stakeholders and IT teams, mentoring junior members, and applying multiple requirements-gathering methodologies (business, functional, non-functional).
  • Creates business cases to evaluate cost, benefits, ROI, and TCO of proposed solutions.
  • Supports process and system evolution by mapping current vs. future state, assessing impacts on upstream/downstream systems, and recommending integration approaches across domains.
  • Identifies value gaps and opportunities for process efficiencies and enhancements.
  • Contributes to solution design by providing insights in design sessions, translating requirements into workable solutions, and identifying additional data/services needed.
  • Assists in vendor evaluation as directed.
  • Drives continuous improvement by helping develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and processes, and recommending sustainable best practices aligned with business goals.

Skills:

Application security in HR ERP systems (Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, or equivalent technologies)

Designing and configuring security roles, access profiles, and related documentation

Using upload tools in HR ERP systems (HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI Publisher, page personalization, or equivalent)
