OUR MISSION:

1. We will deliver Solution Engineering Presales Services to our customers via video conference, telephone, web conference, and other interactive digital tools with an aim to secure Oracle solution selection through a preeminent engagement with our customers. We will work with Oracle sales representatives, in-country solution engineers, and partners to drive the sales of Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS & IaaS) solutions.2. We will provide presales support to grow Oracle’s Cloud Platform (PaaS & IaaS) business around Analytics, Data Management, Mobile Applications, Bots, Next-Gen Application Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Cyber Security and many other exciting technology trends that interest us all.

In short, we aspire to build and sell new and innovative technology solutions for real-world problems that our customers face. And so, we are seeking people who share that spirit of using and selling technology to innovate and solve complex business problems using the Oracle Cloud Platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your core responsibility will be to understand customer's business problems and help them use Oracle Cloud Services to solve them. You will be required to prepare, practice, evangelize and advocate the usage of Oracle cloud services to customers & partners. You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from various sectors and industries (e.g. Telecommunications, Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Energy, Automotive, Government, and many others). As part of our customers’ cloud adoption cycle, you will be expected to:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience remotely using digital tools- Deliver customer presentations & demos highlighting the value of Oracle’s Cloud solution addressing customer’s requirements- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Oracle PaaS and IaaS Services- Develop customer-specific value propositions highlighting benefits and differentiators of Oracle- Build and deliver compelling customer demonstrations, proof of concepts, and proof of technologies to contribute to customer success- Represent Oracle at online technology marketing and broader social community events- Collaborate on customer opportunities with Oracle Sales, Sales Consulting, and Product Management communities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Technology Skills:

- Deep understanding of Public Cloud Solutions & IT market trends driving cloud demand such as Analytics, Data Management, Big Data, Next-Gen Application Development, Security & Manageability, Enterprise Integration & APIs, Content Management & UX, etc.- Understanding of Cloud Solution Design and Architectures- Experience in hands-on work with any industry-leading Oracle Cloud solutions.- Experience in developing, deploying, or migrating business applications to oracle cloud- A fundamental understanding of DevOps would be an advantage- Knowledge of Oracle technology solutions (database and middleware) would be an advantage- Experience of a customer-facing role (e.g. presales or technical support role) would be an advantage

Customer Engagement Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex messages very clearly.- Openness to work with different languages & cultures- Ability to work in virtual teams: To get a specific job done can require working together with many colleagues, partners and customers- Self-motivated: Need to have a natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges- Team Player- Agile and happy to continually adapt to change- Always looking to raise the bar of own skills/competencies development- Comfortable in delivering presentations in person and remotely- Work experience in a similar (presales or technical) role is an advantage

Business Skills:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree- Value selling & commercial skills are an advantage- Excellent understanding of Customer’s business challenges & needs- Project Management Skills are an advantage
