  • Support UAT and client demos
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and project success metrics

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Balsamiq
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
