Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

 Efficiently initiate projects and maintain effective communication channels. Facilitate smooth client interactions and ensure accurate requirement analysis. Continuously improve processes and mitigate project risks. Oversee efficient execution and management of projects and successful delivery withindefined parameters Drive key operational aspects for store enhancement and efficiency. Ensure post-delivery tasks and client satisfaction Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positiveworking environment. Support team members by removing obstacles, providing resources, and offering mentorshipas needed. Encourage professional development and growth opportunities for team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, updates, and industry trends, andrecommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. Solicit feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to identify areas forimprovement and implement process enhancements accordingly. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the projectmanagement team.

General Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, ora related field. Proven experience managing Shopify projects, including website development, customization,and optimization. Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, Shopify platform capabilities, and industry bestpractices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapportwith clients and stakeholders. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and managemultiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. Shopify certification or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
