This would be a full-time opportunity, you would absorb the functional domain skills, business and market domain knowledge which would enhance our brand loyalty and support our overall marketing and above all Nbyula’s core organizational values.
Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
Create engaging and original content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media posts that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all platforms.
Brainstorm and implement creative organic marketing campaigns that drive engagement and attract new followers and subscribers.
Implement tactics to organically grow followers on social media and subscribers to newsletters, including contests, collaborations, and targeted outreach.
Respond to inbound lead queries across various channels (social media, email, website chat) in a timely and helpful manner, nurturing leads and guiding them through the customer journey.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Gather and analyze audience feedback to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with audience interests and needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work. Proactive and enthusiastic about engaging with audiences and building brand presence.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field would be a plus point.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) would be a plus point.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) would be a plus point.
