Human Resources Intern

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Core Responsibilities
1) Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
2) Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
3) Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4) Posting job advertisements on different job portals and social media platforms.
5) Assisting in the planning of company events.
6) Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
7) Coordinating new hire orientations.
Requirements :
1)Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2) Strong analytical and research skills.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6)Marketing agency background preferred.
