About our client A leading EdTech platform Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, effective communicational skills, be discrete and must have the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the CTO, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities. Job Title: EA to CTO Experience: 2 to 6 years Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities: 1. Calendar Management & Scheduling: a. Manage and coordinate the CTO's calendar, appointments, and meetings. b. Ensure the CTO is prepared for all meetings with agendas, presentations, and notes. 2. Communication & Correspondence: a. Serve as the point of contact between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders. b. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages. c. Dra professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. 3. Meeting Coordination: a. Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-level engagements. b. Take minutes, track action points, and follow up to ensure completion. 4. Travel & Logistics Management: a. Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa documentation. b. Ensure all travel-related plans align with the CTO s schedule and commitments 5. Strategic Support: a. Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of strategic presentations. b. Support the CTO in decision-making by gathering and summarizing information. c. Travel as and when required by the CTO. 6. Confidentiality & Professionalism: a. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. b. Ensure a high degree of trust, loyalty, and accountability in all interactions. 7. Project Management: a. Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the CTO. b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on me. 8. Administrative Duties: a. Maintain organized records and filing systems. b. Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Education: Any Bachelor s degree 2. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C- suite executives. Skills: a. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. b. Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with strong attention to detail. c. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage me effectively. d. High level of discretion, , integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters. e. Ability to manage projects independently and work under pressure. f. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Technical Skills: a. Proficiency in preparing PPTs using Microsoft PowerPoint and in other Office Suite apps (Word, Excel Outlook), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. b. Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
