The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven hiring frameworks, and a KPI-driven approach to consistently meet onboarding targets for both average and niche skill roles.  Job Title: International Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition  Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities:  - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international roles.  - Hiring Targets:  - Achieve 8–10 onboardings/month for average skill roles.  - Achieve 3–5 onboardings/month for niche skill roles.  - Market Intelligence: Maintain high-level understanding of job market conditions, cultural nuances, compensation structures, taxation, and payroll systems in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar and GCC.  - Sourcing Strategy: Leverage personal network, job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to identify top talent.  - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.  - Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.  - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.  - Reporting & Analytics: Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding success.  Required Skills & Qualifications:  - Experience: 10+ years in international recruitment, preferably with exposure to the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar markets.  - Knowledge:  - Familiarity with global compensation models, taxation norms, and payroll systems.  - Understanding of cultural expectations and work ethics across regions.  - Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.  - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  - Network: Strong professional network across global talent pools.  - Mindset: KPI-driven, target-oriented, and agile in approach.  KPIs & Performance Metrics:  - Monthly onboarding targets (average vs. niche skills)  - Time-to-hire and time-to-onboard  - Offer-to-acceptance ratio  - Candidate satisfaction score  - Hiring manager satisfaction score  Preferred Qualifications:  - Experience working with global teams or in a multinational environment.  - Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).  - Exposure to hiring in tech, data, AI, or engineering domains is a plus.
