Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Self-motivated and goal-oriented- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
