We are looking for a Circle HR Manager for our locations in Delhi NCR, Surat & Andhra Pradesh Candidates with hands-on experience of 10-15 years handling the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and benefits for employees. Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region. Responsible for handling approx. 12 – 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office. Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the stores. Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs. Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations. Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters. Qualifications Post-graduate degree in HR Skills : Good communication skills Leadership skills Analytical skills Negotiation skills Coordination skills Quick & Right Decision Making Self Motivated An ideal candidate would be someone with : Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliance Handled HR Policies and Processes Experience of handling the complex situation Open to travel
