As the Chief of Staff to the CEO of our prestigious luxury fashion brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's success by managing various strategic functions.
This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, who can effectively represent the CEO both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Hiring and Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process to identify and onboard top talent across various departments, ensuring the organization has the right team to achieve its objectives.
External and International Communications: Oversee all external communications efforts, including media relations, press releases, and public appearances, to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility globally.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including investors, partners, suppliers, and government officials, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
CEO Office Management: Manage the CEO's office operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and synergy among different departments and teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and standards.
