Job Overview


CN Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
  • Strong knowledge of operations, BPO, and call center processes
  • Experience in international operations and sales management
  • Proven track record in team management and client relations
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are followed effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate with teams to achieve business goals
  • Analyze and evaluate operational performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure financial stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management
