Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Lead with a strong background in complex B2B SaaS business applications. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with expertise in Playwright, CI/CD integration, and end-to-end testing at the API, performance, and security levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the automation testing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality test automation solutions.Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright.Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and quick feedback.Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Develop and maintain automated tests for RESTful APIs.Utilize performance testing tools to identify and address performance bottlenecks.Implement security testing practices to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the security of applications.Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure their timely resolution.Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.Provide technical leadership and guidance in the adoption of new testing tools and technologies.Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS applications.Strong proficiency in Playwright and experience with other automation testing tools.Expertise in CI/CD integration and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.In-depth knowledge of API testing, including tools such as Postman or REST Assured.Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.Experience in security testing and familiarity with tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or similar.Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
