Project ImplementationExecute the implementation of projects across regions (South, West, East, North)Frequently travel for high-value accounts or escalationsEnsure customers go live with minimal delaysDelivery of project under the given constraints ofo Time,Scope,Cost & Quality3. Onboarding Strategy & ExecutionPlan and manage rollout timelinesConfigure workflows as per customer requirementsEnsure seamless coordination between product, tech, and field teams6. Metrics, Reporting & Performance TrackingTrack KPIs (activation time, go live tiem)Share implementation reports with leadershipMaintain complete visibility of project progress across regions8.
