Overview:
As an Automotive Industry solution lead, you will play an important role in developing solutions for global automotive clients for Sales & Marketing and Aftersales functions. You will be responsible for providing Automotive Industry expertise and best practices to design and implement Digital solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. This role will also involve collaborating internally closely with delivery team and service lines for collaborative solution development. There will be opportunity to engage with global clients to understand their requirements and design innovative technology led business solutions. You will be at the forefront of leveraging emerging technologies such as IoT, big data analytics, Gen AI, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing for developing innovative automotive solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and pain points.
1.2. Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and requirements.3. Lead the design and high-level architecture automotive solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.4. Develop detailed technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Solution Design & presentation

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for new age Automotive software development.

Develop and present customized solutions for Automotive industry in Sales & Marketing and Aftersales.
1.2. Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations to generate new opportunities.3. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Automotive technologies and methodologies.
Domain Thought leadership

Create white papers, point of views and blogs on Digital transformation of Automotive Industry

Participate in industry forums, handle analyst relationship and knowledge building activities

Provide technical insights to sales teams and clients during the selling process

Relationship Building:
Build trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts.
Leverage domain expertise to enhance the company’s credibility and communicate the value proposition.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their manufacturing operations and achieve competitive advantage.
Required skills:
- Deep understanding of Automotive concepts, technologies, and trends.- Proficiency in architecting and designing complex solutions.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.- Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving business growth.- Understanding of EV and SDV product technologies- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Project management- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and attention to detail.-
Required experience:
- Experience in working with leading IT / Engineering service providers.- Experience in working with leading OEM and MSPs- Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders across different countries.- Minimum of 12 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex IT solutions, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.- Previous experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or automotive startups is highly desirable.- Experience with working in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
