About the Role
We are seeking experienced Sales professionals to drive B2C client acquisition for our Strategic and Mid-Tail client segments (100–200+ daily order volume). This role demands high ownership, strong solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to build and scale relationships with clients across logistics, e-commerce, D2C, retail, and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales acquisition for high-potential B2C clients (Strategic and Mid-Tail).
- Pitch logistics solutions across First-Mile, Last-Mile, Reverse Logistics, and related services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and professional networking.
- Engage in senior-level (CXO and Operations Head) client discussions to present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Drive account activation, ramp-up, and seamless transition to Key Account Management.
- Conduct market mapping, benchmarking, and analysis of pricing, volumes, and margins.
- Monitor client performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate resolutions to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with Business Heads and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

XB Logistics - Note: Preference for candidates with strong B2C acquisition experience; not purely servicing profiles.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in B2C logistics sales or supply chain acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of logistics pricing, service levels, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and closure at mid-to-large scale.
- Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools is desirable.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 2–6 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2C or express delivery segments.
