Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide medical coding training to healthcare professionals on ED PROFEE and multi-specialty coding.
  • Conduct classroom-based sessions, workshops, and online webinars for CPC certification preparation.
  • Develop course materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging training programs that meet industry standards.
  • Offer one-on-one coaching or mentoring to students who require additional support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Medical Coding Training with a strong background in ED PROFEE and multi-specialty coding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required; willingness to obtain CRC/CRC-P certifications an added advantage.
